Svaki apartman ima TV internet i klima uuređaj. Gosti mogu koristiti terase u dvorištu mogućnost za organizovanje roštilja. Cena je 40e- 80€.u sezoni a van sezone cijene su po dogovru i od 30% do50% niže U cenu je uračunato korišćenje plažnog mobilijara ( ležaljki i suncobrana), kao i parkinga za kola. Kumbor je mesto koje datira iz vremena starih rimljana. Pripada bokokotorskom zalivu a Opštini Herceg Novi Danas ima 1000 stanovnika. Kumbor ima blagu mediteransku klimu sa 285 sunčanih dana tako da ima široku mogućnost za šetnju ( obilazak i odlazak u brda sa dugim obilježenim pješačkim stazama ), izleti čamcem, šetnje, plivanje itd. Šetaliste počinje u Kumboru i proteže se do Kamenara, tako da je to je predivno mesto za svakodnevnu šetnju dugu 8-16 km. Svugde je priroda neopisivo lepa sa brdovitim okruženjem i puno zelenila( različitog drveća, grmlja egzotičnih biljaka i prelepog cveca.
