According to the 2003 census, there were 3748 inhabitants (according to the 1991 census there were 3084 inhabitants). Bijela is located in Boka Kotorska on the road between Kamenar and Herceg Novi. White is a coastal place located along the west coast of the Boka Kotorska Bay, 12 km from Herceg Novi and 33 km from Kotor, Montenegro. In Bijela, families with children or tourists are eager for a peaceful vacation, because there are not many places to go out there. However, Bijela is part of the Herceg Novi municipality, so you will need very little time to the very center of this city, especially if you are on a car trip. Also, the beautiful Kotor is approximate (20 km). A bit more popular beaches, as well as more places for night outings, are located in Baošići and Đenovići, which you can easily reach by walking.
